Hi, I’m Katherine!
I’m the owner and operator of Kathy’s Cleaning. Minnesota has been home for me since I was a child, and I honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else. I love the lakes, the changing seasons, the small-town communities, and yes, even winter.
Kathy’s Cleaning grew from something pretty simple: I genuinely enjoy cleaning, organizing, and helping people feel better in their homes.
Cleaning has always been one of those things I find oddly satisfying. I love noticing the little details, tackling the areas that are easy to overlook, and seeing the difference a clean, comfortable space can make. There is just something about walking into a freshly cleaned home that makes life feel a little more manageable.
Judgement Free
More than anything, I want my clients to feel comfortable having me in their homes. There is never any judgment, embarrassment, or shame here. Life gets busy. Homes get messy. Sometimes things pile up, and that’s okay.

Some clients want help staying ahead of the weekly mess. Others need a deep clean, a fresh start, or help getting an overwhelming space back under control. Whatever brings you here, my goal is to understand what matters most to you and create a cleaning plan that makes sense for your home, your priorities, and your budget.

My job is simply to come in, help where I can, and leave your home feeling cleaner, calmer, and easier to enjoy.
When I’m Not Cleaning
Most of my time is spent with my family. We love fishing, being outdoors, spending time around the lakes, and enjoying everything this part of Minnesota has to offer.
And once the lakes freeze and winter settles in, our family calendar usually revolves around one thing: hockey.
At the end of the day, Kathy’s Cleaning is about more than having spotless counters or freshly cleaned floors. It’s about taking something off your plate.
If I can give you a cleaner home, a little less stress, and a little more time for the people and things that matter to you, then I’ve done my job.
